Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth through both customer acquisition and retention, while maximizing profitability in alignment with defined targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach methods such as networking, cold calling, marketing initiatives, and other lead generation strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identify new business opportunities, and negotiate deals to successful closure while staying informed on market trends and conditions.
- Craft compelling proposals and sales pitches to effectively engage potential clients.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) and sales tools to streamline the sales process and manage client information.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s offerings and keep abreast of developments, trends, and challenges within the industry.
Your qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Candidates with a Diploma and strong relevant experience in IT solution sales or systems integration may also be considered.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, enterprise solutions, and systems integration is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ZOHO) and order management systems to manage client pipelines and sales processes effectively.
