Job Scope:

• Assess residents’ health conditions and provide appropriate nursing care

• Prepare, check and administer medications according to doctors’ instructions

• Maintain and update medication charts accurately

• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the nursing team or doctor

• Liaise with doctors and caregivers to ensure proper follow-up and continuity of care

Requirements:

• Valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration and BCLS certification

• Able to commit 3–4 days per week on a long-term basis

• Training provided for nurses new to the elderly care setting
