Key Responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager in project planning, technical/engineering matters, authority submissions, and site coordination.
Supervise and monitor project works to ensure compliance with operating procedures, quality standards, contractual requirements, and safety regulations.
Oversee M&E works, conduct site inspections, and monitor project progress to ensure compliance with company and authority requirements.
Review M&E drawings, material submissions, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications and guidelines.
Prepare and coordinate combined services drawings.
Monitor daily site activities, work progress, and schedules in accordance with the master and detailed work programmes.
Develop and manage detailed M&E work programmes when required.
Coordinate with internal departments, subcontractors, consultants, and end-users to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination.
Minimum 2 years of site experience with a local construction company.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage tight project schedules.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
