Urgent: Manufacturing Supervisor (MNC / Manufacturing / EMS)
Summary
Supervise daily manufacturing operations, manage staffing and workflows, and ensure production meets quality and efficiency targets.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily shift activities, drive production schedules, and ensure departmental output meets established productivity and quality targets.
- Manage manpower allocation, including shift coverage, leave schedules, overtime rotation, operator cross-training, and duty assignments.
- Conduct interviews, facilitate operator onboarding, set individual performance goals, and provide employee orientation.
- Evaluate shop-floor workflows and recommend operational adjustments based on process analysis to improve efficiency.
- Execute annual employee performance reviews while enforcing adherence to internal company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE "O" Level qualification backed by at least 3 years of supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Competent in utilizing MS Office applications for administrative tracking and scheduling.
- Strong communication and team management skills, with the flexibility to cover alternative shifts when operationally required.
