Urgent: Marketing Service Engineer (Technical Service Engineer)

About the role

Daily and weekly communication and maintain relationships with key customers, regional customers and senior-level customers in Engineering and Technical Support field. Identify customer needs, pain points, and business opportunities, while supporting solution presentations, customer engagement activities, and feedback collection to facilitate customer management and commercial progress.

Key responsibilities

• Daily and weekly communication and maintain relationships with key customers, regional customers and senior-level customers in Engineering and Technical Support field

• Identify customer needs, pain points, and business opportunities

• Support solution presentations, customer engagement activities, and feedback collection

• Preparation and coordinate with customers for regional business expansion

• Gather historical data and business information

• Support key project implementation and action tracking

• Handle engineering-related content and provide technical support to customers

About you

• Graduated in Telecommunications Engineering or Electrical Engineering, or a related field

• Bachelor's degree or above

• Fluent English or Chinese (HSK5)

• Experience in telecommunications, marketing, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory
