Location: Cerritos CA
Duration: 6-12 Months

Must Haves:
Comparative Rater Integration
Lead Management System
Workflow Design and Development for Sales and Service


Qualifications:
· 5 or more years’ experience in business systems analysis
· Working knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance.
· Preference will be given to candidates with experience in an insurance agency/sales environment.

Broad Personal Lines Agency Experience (Small Commercial a bonus)

- Comparative Rater Integration
- Leads Management
- Telephony (including IVA / IVR)
- Email Marketing (including SMS Texting)
- Workflow Design and Development for Sales and Service
- Time Management including SLA application
- Insurance Forms Design and Integration (ACORD)
- Carrier Integration (AL3 and Direct Rating)
- Consumer Portal Integration
- E-Signature
- Enterprise Content Management (and supporting features)
- Campaign management
- Basic Subledger Accounting Knowledge
o Payables/Receivables
o Direct Bill (Agency Bill a bonus)
o Carrier Settlement
