REQUIRED Skills:

1. SME in Hadoop = can make technology recommendations at the client site.

2. Spark - flexible on the context (RDD's or Data Frames within Cloudera)

3. A development background (Java, Scala, .NET, Python . . . any J2EE development background)

4. Cloudera or Hadoop

5. A Strong opinion regarding Avro & Parquet
