Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with hands-on experience in AI-assisted software development tools such as Cursor and GitHub Copilot. The ideal candidate should have strong Java development skills and the ability to leverage AI-powered coding assistants to improve development productivity, code quality, testing, debugging, and application delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and related technologies.
• Develop scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Use AI-powered development tools such as Cursor and GitHub Copilot for code generation, refactoring, debugging, and test creation.
• Write effective prompts and provide appropriate context to AI coding assistants to generate and improve code.
• Review, validate, and optimize AI-generated code for correctness, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Develop unit tests and integration tests using JUnit, Mockito, and other testing frameworks.
• Identify and resolve technical issues through debugging, root cause analysis, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, QA engineers, and product teams in Agile environments.
• Integrate applications with databases, messaging systems, and external services.
• Follow secure coding practices, version control standards, and CI/CD processes.
• Explore and adopt AI-assisted development practices to improve engineering efficiency.
