Urgent Opening - Program Manager (4+ Years of Experience) Bangalore (Bengaluru) Company: Greaves Electric Mobility Job Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 4+ years Role Overview We are looking for a results-oriented Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives, business transformation programs, and cross-functional execution across the organization. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business priorities into actionable plans, establish governance mechanisms and create executive dashboards for leadership visibility and monitoring to ensure timely delivery of strategic objectives. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical capabilities, program management expertise, and experience in business planning, performance monitoring, root-cause analysis, and stakeholder management. The role will play a critical part in improving execution efficiency, enabling data-driven decision-making, and driving scalable business growth. Key Responsibilities Strategic Program Management: Drive end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives, defining roadmaps, milestones, deliverables, and managing risks and dependencies. PMO Governance: Establish review cadences, track KPIs, timelines, action items, and prepare executive dashboards and business review presentations. Stakeholder Management: Liaison with cross-functional teams (for eg. Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance) to ensure alignment and timely execution. Business Analytics: Develop dashboards, conduct root-cause analysis, identify performance gaps, and prepare reports. Business Planning & Growth: Support target setting, market expansion, pilot execution, and strategic initiative prioritization. Process Excellence: Improve workflows, standardize reporting, strengthen accountability, and drive continuous improvement. Required Qualifications & Experience MBA (preferred) Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in Strategy & Planning, Program Management, Business Analytics, or Business Operations. Solid expertise in program execution, KPI tracking, business planning, stakeholder management, and executive reporting. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with hands-on experience in Power BI and SQL; working knowledge of Python is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills. Experience with Electric Mobility or Automotive companies preferred. Exposure to market expansion, sales planning and business transformation. Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, or other CRM/ ERP systems. Key Success Metrics Timely delivery of strategic initiatives and achievement of program KPIs.
