YOUR ROLE: HELP LITTLE LEARNERS SHINE!

As a Teacher Aide, you'll work closely with the Lead Teacher to create a positive, safe, and engaging Montessori-inspired classroom.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Assist the Lead Teacher with classroom lessons, educational activities, and daily routines.

• Supervise, interact with, and encourage children throughout the day.

• Support children's learning, development, and social skills.

• Prepare, arrange, and organize classroom materials and learning activities.

• Keep the classroom clean, organized, safe, and welcoming.

• Encourage positive behavior and meaningful interactions among children.

• Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and fellow team members.

• Help maintain a nurturing, age-appropriate learning environment where every child feels supported.

QUALIFICATIONS: WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 1 year of related experience

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Patient, caring, responsible, dependable, and enthusiastic about working with young children

• Ability to assist with classroom activities, daily routines, and child supervision

• Willingness to maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment

JOB DETAILS

Job Type: Full-Time and Part-Time

Schedule:

• Full-Time: 8-hour shifts

• Part-Time: 3+ hours per day

Hours of Operation: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–6:00 PM

Work Setting: On-site only (no telework available)
