We have been retained by a professionally managed company in Vizag (AP) to recruit a Head NOC Operations for them.
Locations: Vizag (AP)
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer Science or IT; MBA preferred
Experience: 15+ years in telecom / network operations, with at least 5 years heading a large NOC or service operations centre
Key Responsibilities:
- Own overall NOC operations, people, processes and tools across DC and DR sites.
- Ensure SLA compliance for network availability, incident response and resolution as defined in the RFP / contract.
- Act as single point of contact for the client for operations, escalations and governance reviews.
- Define and enforce ITIL-aligned processes for incident, problem, change, configuration and capacity management.
- Approve change requests, maintenance windows and major configuration changes.
