Summary
Process and track customer orders, handle pre-sales inquiries, and coordinate with factories, warehouses, and forwarders in a logistics-focused role.
The Job:
- Attend to pre-sales enquiries on product availability, lead time and price
- Initiate and follow up new item creation/customer creation in system
- Process sales orders and order amendment in system
- Track, expedite and update customers on order status
- Follow up payment, forwarder details with customers
- Work with factories, warehouses and forwarders to arrange
