Urgent!! Payroll Executive ( West area/Logistics / In-house Payroll)

Job Description

• Process the full monthly payroll cycle for approximately 500 employees accurately and on time.
• Process payroll-related changes, including new hires, salary adjustments, resignations, and final salary payments.
• Prepare and submit statutory payments and claims, including CPF, FWL, IR21, IR8A, NS claims, and government-paid leave claims.
• Prepare monthly payroll reports and reconcile payroll records with Finance.
• Maintain the HRIS, attendance and leave management system to ensure accurate payroll processing.
• Ensure payroll complies with company policies and Singapore statutory requirements.
• Prepare payroll-related reports, management reports, and information required for audits and regulatory submissions.
• Support HRIS/payroll system enhancements and process improvement initiatives.
• Respond to employee payroll enquiries and perform other HR and payroll-related duties as assigned.

Requirement

• Minimum Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience in HR function (HR Generalist preferred).
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in Payroll.
• Knowledge of Times Software and E-Cirtrix will be an added advantage
