Maintains and repairs industrial production equipment, performs preventive maintenance, and coordinates with vendors for calibration and facility upkeep in a manufacturing environment.
- Maintain and service production equipment (Tank Truck, Blending, Filling)
- Perform preventive maintenance and TPM activities and follow up with various vendors for equipment and instruments calibration (WS, WB, FM, TG, heat sealer)
- Assist contract vendor to troubleshoot and repair production machinery and equipment issues
- Liaise with various vendors to support upkeep of facility services such as air compressors, dryers, air-conditioning, plumbing, lighting and sprinkler systems
- Fabricate jigs and fixtures to support manufacturing processes
- Perform daily machine start-up checks for production and facilities equipment
- Maintain maintenance records, downtime logs, permits and equipment checklists
- Support minor repair requests from internal departments
- Conduct basic operational training of new equipment or tools / jig for production operators
