About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager who will drive business growth by developing, managing, and improving our freight forwarding products. You will play a key role in shaping product strategy, enhancing service offerings, and ensuring customer satisfaction through market-driven and data-backed decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for existing and new freight forwarding products
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities
- Manage the full product lifecycle from development to launch and performance tracking
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to align product execution
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Negotiate with suppliers and partners to optimize service offerings and profitability
- Monitor product performance and prepare reports, forecasts, and recommendations
- Represent the company in client meetings, trade events, and operational discussions
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Process-driven, results-oriented, and highly organized
- Ability to manage multiple products and projects simultaneously
- Willingness to travel for client and operational engagements
