Urgent!! QAQC Engineer (BCA CONQUAS)

Highlight :

Manage and oversee all QA/QC activities for building construction projects.
Prepare, compile, and submit the necessary quality documentation and submissions to BCA.
Coordinate and schedule BCA CONQUAS inspections, ensuring all requirements are met within the project timeline.
Liaise with BCA officers, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams on quality-related matters.
Ensure site inspections, testing, documentation, and quality procedures comply with BCA standards and project requirements.
Conduct regular site quality inspections to identify defects, non-conformities, and areas requiring improvement.
Monitor and follow up on rectification works to ensure issues are properly addressed and closed out.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date QA/QC records, inspection reports, method statements, checklists, and other quality documentation.
Support the project team in implementing quality control measures and maintaining high construction standards.

Minimum 5 years of relevant QA/QC experience in Singapore's building construction industry.
Strong knowledge of BCA requirements, CONQUAS standards, and quality submission procedures.
Proven experience in coordinating and managing BCA CONQUAS inspections independently.
Good understanding of construction quality control processes, inspections, and defect rectification.
Strong documentation, coordination, and communication skills.
