Role & responsibilities

• Strong experience in Windows Install, configure, administer and troubleshoot Windows Server environments
• Active Directory, Domain Controllers, GPO, TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, VPN, Firewalls, DNS, LAN/WAN Network Security & Group Policy Management
• Strong experience antivirus console management & Group Policy.
• Virtualization Technologies (Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Teams.)
• Microsoft 365 & Cloud Administration
• System Monitoring, Performance Tuning & Troubleshooting
• Incident, Change & Problem Management Experience
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
• Install, configure, administer and troubleshoot Windows Server environments.
• Manage Active Directory, Domain Controllers, GPO, DNS and AD Replication.
• Perform server patching, hardening and security updates.
• Independently troubleshoot Windows, AD and VMware infrastructure issues.
• Coordinate with vendor teams for complex technical issues.
• Participate in Incident, Problem and Change Management activities.
• Ensure infrastructure availability and adherence to SLA.
