URGENT!! Sales Admin / Sales Support/ Sales coordinator (Quotation, North, SAP)

Responsibilities

• Raise purchase orders to suppliers and carry out close follow-up on delivery schedule

• Processing customer sales order, arrange shipment and invoicing.

• Update shipment status to consignees

• Communicate with freight forwarders/courier company on clearing, pickup and delivery of import & export shipments;

• Co-ordinate with store for confirmed orders from customers;

• Source for best freight and transport rates;

• Handling country's market like China, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Korea, Australia and New Zealand

Requirements

• Knowledge in SAP module is a must.
