- Identify and develop new business opportunities through sales leads, cold calls, and customer networking.
- Build strong customer relationships and recommend suitable product solutions based on customer requirements.
- Prepare quotations and tenders, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure compliance with company policies and approval procedures.
- Coordinate order processing, project handover, and delivery to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer and project information in the CRM system and track sales performance against targets.
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Participate in customer presentations, seminars, trade shows, and other marketing activities as required.
- Maintain long-term customer satisfaction through regular follow-up and support accounts receivable monitoring and collection when necessary.
