Urgent Sales Enrollment Specialist - North ( up to $3200 + commission) #NJE

Promote and sell coding programmes to prospective parents.
·Conductcentre tours, consultations, and programme presentations.
Followup on enquiries and convert leads into enrolments.
Maintain strong relationships with parents throughout the enrolment journey.
Work with the Chief Marketing Officer to develop marketing strategies, build content to ensure constant lead funnel.
Coordinate with teaching team on student assessment and follow up with parents for conversion
Maintain CRM system and update CRM system with timely and accurate data
Work with the marketing team to ensure that customer experience and customer journey is great
Develop programme offers, packages for the company and customers based on ground feedback and market sentiment
Identify new market opportunities and provide market intelligence to management.
Track sales activities, conversion rates, and pipeline performance.
Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
Achieve monthly and annual enrolment targets.
