Urgent: Sales Manager (Semiconductor / Manufacturing)

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support and advice to clients to address inquiries and ensure operational satisfaction.
• Consult with customers to evaluate their technical requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
• Identify new business prospects and build client relationships to drive revenue without the need for cold calling.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to align sales execution with corporate targets.
• Track market trends, product developments, and competitive environments to sustain up-to-date industry knowledge.
• Prepare and submit regular reports regarding sales progress, customer insights, and market conditions.

Requirements

• Hold a Polytechnic Diploma in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related electrical field.
• Candidates with prior manufacturing industry background is preferred but optional.
• Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service competencies.
