Key Responsibilities
- Manage full sets of accounts, including cash flow, month-end closing, and year-end audit preparation.
- Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to Accounts Executives.
- Provide accounting advice and support to clients.
- Prepare and maintain accounting schedules, including fixed assets, prepayments, accruals, loans, and hire purchase.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain proper accounting records.
- Handle invoicing and other day-to-day accounting matters.
- Assist with financial analysis and accounting-related tasks.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or relevant professional accounting qualification.
- Relevant experience in financial accounting is required.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Responsible, organised, and able to meet deadlines.
