Urgent!!! Senior / Business Analyst (PEGA)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business users and stakeholders to understand business needs, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
  • Analyse, document, and validate functional, data, and technical requirements for Pega-based solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis, impact assessment, and effort estimation for change requests and enhancements.
  • Work closely with developers, testers, and architects to clarify requirements and support solution design.
  • Support system testing, UAT, regression testing, and pre-release validation to ensure solution quality.
  • Triage incidents, service requests, and enhancement requests; coordinate resolution and escalation where needed.
  • Review defects, root-cause analysis, and recommended fixes to ensure issues are addressed effectively.
  • Support release planning, deployment activities, and post-release verification.
  • Monitor application performance, operational issues, and scheduled jobs to support day-to-day service stability.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal technical teams to manage security updates, certificates, vulnerability remediation, and compliance-related activities.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation such as requirement specs, process documents, test cases, release notes, and operational reports.
  • Provide stakeholder updates, progress reporting, and issue tracking to ensure transparency and timely decision-making.
  • Support data migration, archival, and system transition activities where required
  • Provide functional support and incident triage for PEGA based applications, working with vendors and technical teams to resolve issues
  • Support PEGA platform related releases, defects, and configuration changes across test and production environments

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or related delivery roles.
  • Strong experience gathering business requirements, documenting functional specifications, and supporting testing activities.
  • Prior experience supporting PEGA based applications in GCC environment, including requirements analysis, testing, and production support.
  • Prior experience using JSM (Jira Service Management) or similar service mgmt. support tools.
  • Good understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and waterfall delivery methods.
  • Experience supporting production operations, incident management, and release management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work with business users, technical teams, vendors, and project managers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, JIRA/JSM, Confluence, Visio, and related documentation tools.
  • Knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
  • Experience in application operations, vendor management, and service management.
  • Familiarity with security-related operational tasks such as SSL certificate monitoring, vulnerability tracking, and patch coordination.
  • Experience in data migration, UAT coordination, and release support.
