Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze metrics from operating systems as well as applications to assist in performance tuning and fault finding.
- Partner with various teams to improve services through testing, workflow and best practice.
- Create sustainable systems and services through automation and uplift.
- Balance feature development speed and reliability with well-defined service-level objectives.
- Proactive approach to identifying problems, performance bottlenecks, and areas for improvement through automation, adding of workflow etc.
- Collaborate with delivery teams, to delivery service and project on time and to requirement while focusing on operation work.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum 6 – 8 years of work experience in IT infrastructure cloud operations or related environment
- Operating Systems (OS): RedHat Linux, Windows, CentOS, Ubuntu
- Container Orchestration & Runtime: Docker, Kubernetes
- Monitoring & Performance: Observability
- Understand SDLC and have some development knowledge
- Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning, knowledge in Broadcom WMware is a plus
