Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment and systems at customers’ sites.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and inspection to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
• Diagnose technical faults and identify the root cause of equipment or system failures.
• Carry out corrective repairs and replacement of faulty components where required.
• Attend to customer service calls and respond promptly to breakdowns or technical issues.
