Job Overview
We are seeking a Service Technician to support the servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of process analytical equipment and instrumentation.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, calibration, and repair of sensors, analyzers, meters, and process analytical instrumentation.
- Support equipment used in process analytics, including instruments for monitoring water treatment systems such as Ultra-Pure Water (UPW) systems commonly used in pharmaceutical and microelectronics industries.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues using knowledge of analog and digital instrumentation systems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure equipment performance meets operational requirements.
- Provide timely technical support and service solutions to customers.
- Work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing environments and urgent service requirements.
- Operate safely in challenging environments, including hot and humid conditions, working at heights, and confined or restricted spaces.
- Perform other technical duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering, preferably Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Prior experience servicing sensors, analyzers, or process instrumentation is an advantage.
- Experience with instruments such as pH sensors, conductivity meters, dissolved oxygen analyzers, turbidity sensors, TOC analyzers, or similar equipment will be advantageous.
- Strong understanding of analog and digital instrumentation systems.
