SALARY 30K TO 45K
LOCATION:- SONIPAT
JOb DISCRIPTION:-
1 On-Site Supervision & Team Management: Assign daily tasks, manage attendance, and supervise construction workers and subcontractors.
2 Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Conduct regular safety inspections, enforce health rules (like wearing personal protective equipment or PPE), and identify or mitigate hazards.
3 Progress & Quality Control: Monitor daily construction work against blueprints, drawings, and building standards to ensure proper workmanship.
4 Material & Logistics Management: Order building materials, manage deliveries, and prevent excessive material waste on site.
5 Problem-Solving & Emergency Response: Handle unexpected site delays, resolve worker or trade conflicts, and manage emergency situations or first aid.
