*URGENT* Talent Acquisition Executive (Central, Healthcare) - HWX

Key responsibilities

1. Assist in posting job advertisement.
2. Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation, regulations in job advertisement.
3. Shortlist candidates based on job requirements
4. Arrange interview with candidates and hiring depts.
5. Administer job assessment to candidates if required.
6. Facilitate interview sessions with hiring depts
7. Maintain accurate staffing records, documentation and databases in compliance with hospital policies and regulations
8. Assist in career outreach programme and career fairs.
9. Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

1. Min. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
2. Strong knowledge of employment legislation, labour laws and HR best practices relevant to Singapore
3. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage high volume hiring and multiple priorities simultaneously
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with staff at all levels
5. Experience in healthcare HR operations or hospital staffing is preferred but not essential
6. Able to start work immediately or within short notice
