*URGENT* Temp Healthcare Customer Service Officer/Clinic Assistant (No exp required, up to $3200/mth) #HCGT

Job Scope

• Assist patients with registration and appointment-related matters
• Support the coordination of referrals and follow-up arrangements
• Attend to general enquiries and payment transactions professionally
• Provide frontline assistance and ensure a positive patient experience
• Address feedback or service-related concerns appropriately and escalate when required
• Maintain effective communication with patients and internal teams
• Support operations at designated service points according to roster arrangements
• Assist with basic health screening activities such as recording patients’ height, weight, and blood pressure readings

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level / ‘O’ Level, NITEC, or equivalent qualification

• Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills

• Service-oriented and hands-on mindset with a caring and empathetic attitude toward patients

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment
