*URGENT* Temp Healthcare Customer Service Officer (No exp required, up to $13/hr) #HCGT

Job Description:

• Manage reservation inquiries and coordinate bookings to optimize occupancy.
• Provide professional and friendly service to clients and guests via phone and in person.
• Facilitate smooth check-in and check-out processes while ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming reception and lobby area.
• Ensure compliance with quality and service standards when assisting patients and guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level / ‘O’ Level, NITEC, or equivalent qualification
• Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds.
• Service-oriented and hands-on mindset with a caring and empathetic attitude toward patients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
