URGENT!! UI/UX Designer #TNJHJ

We are hiring a UI/UX Designer to be outsourced to our client.

Responsibilities:

Conduct user research, interviews and usability testing to understand user needs.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs.
Design and maintain a consistent design system and component library.
Translate business requirements into intuitive, user-centric digital experiences.
Collaborate with product managers and developers throughout the product development lifecycle.
Improve designs based on user feedback, analytics and usability insights.
Ensure designs are responsive and meet accessibility (WCAG) standards.
Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools and best practices.
Minimum 3 years of UI/UX design experience for web and/or mobile applications.
Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar design tools is an added advantage.
Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes and design systems will be an added advantage.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge, motion design experience or Agile/Scrum exposure will be an advantage.
