URGENT Warehouse Assistant (Packing)
Summary
Warehouse assistant in Singapore packs, labels, and tracks marine supplies, checks inventory, and follows safety procedures for vessel loading.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Check incoming supplies against the DO and report any quantity or quality issues and discrepancies
- Pick, pack and label the supplies properly before loading
- Update Purchase team on status of goods received and report to Admin to update in the system
- Follow HSEQ procedures while lifting and packing
- Conduct monthly stock check and update in the system
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to read and write English with valid forklift licence preferred
- Experience in shipchandling or marine supply warehouse is an advantage
- Able to do physical work in a non-aircon environment
- Able to work overtime, long hours or during holidays and weekends to meet vessel loading time
- Team player with proactive and positive working attitude
- Only Singaporeans may apply
- Warehouse located at 4 Tuas Link 1 near Tuas West Road MRT station
- 5.5 days per week, Over time extra
