Urgent!! Workplace Safety Health Officer (WSHO)

Highlight :

Develop and implement workplace safety policies, procedures, and programmes.
Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify and address potential hazards.
Conduct safety briefings and training for workers and site personnel.
Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with WSH regulations, legal requirements, and company safety policies.
Work closely with Project Managers and Site Supervisors to maintain a safe working environment.
Maintain proper records and documentation related to Workplace Safety and Health activities.
Monitor and promote a strong safety culture across the project site.
Perform other safety-related duties as assigned by the Project Manager.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) in the construction industry.
Possess a valid WSHO certification.
Good knowledge of WSH regulations, safety standards, and construction safety practices.
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Good skills in preparing safety reports and maintaining documentation.
