In this role, you will provide one-on-one, personalized nursing care to clients in the comfort of their homes. Key Responsibilities

• Conducting assessments for new clients.
• Creating tailored nursing care aligned with each client’s care plan.
• Conduct supervisory visits to ensure caregivers meet Company standards.
• Advocate for clients as needed.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and report any concerns or potential risks.
• Conduct chart audits to meet quarterly QI targets.
• Conduct nursing documentation audits.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services provided.

Pay Details

Varies by qualification, complexity and hours worked per week

• Typical Weekly Pay: $1200-$2200 Gross
• Hourly Pay Rate: $35 – $40 per hour

Overtime: 1.5x hourly rate after 40 hours/week
