About the Job

Our client is currently seeking an AI Solutions Specialist to support the firm's efforts to evaluate, understand, and effectively apply emerging artificial intelligence technologies. This role serves as a resource for monitoring developments in AI, researching new tools and platforms, supporting the evaluation of AI solutions, and helping business and technology stakeholders understand how AI capabilities may address firm needs.

The position requires curiosity about artificial intelligence, strong analytical and research skills, and the ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear, practical information for both technical and non-technical audiences. The AI Solutions Specialist stays current on AI trends, vendor capabilities, industry developments, and regulatory considerations and helps ensure the firm is informed about relevant opportunities and risks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in AI research, AI evaluation, solution assessment, AI consulting, or related AI technology roles.
• Strong understanding of generative AI, enterprise AI platforms, and the evolving AI landscape.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technology or AI solutions.
• Ability to evaluate AI tools, vendors, and solution fit for business and technical environments.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with developers or technical teams is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Stay up to date with the latest developments in generative AI, enterprise AI, emerging AI models, platforms, tools, vendors, and industry trends relevant to the organization.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend AI tools, platforms, and vendors based on business needs, use cases, capabilities, limitations, security, privacy, integration, cost, usability, and overall business value.
• Assess AI solutions and provide recommendations on how they fit within the organization's business and technology environment, including architectural and implementation considerations.
• Partner with business stakeholders and service lines to understand business challenges, gather requirements, and identify AI opportunities that improve productivity, processes, client service, and decision-making.
• Support proof-of-concept (POC) and pilot initiatives by conducting research, gathering requirements, coordinating testing, documenting findings, collecting stakeholder feedback, and evaluating outcomes.
• Collaborate with developers and technical teams to support the configuration, implementation, and adoption of AI solutions.
• Maintain organized documentation of AI tools, evaluations, pilots, implementations, and emerging technologies to support ongoing AI initiatives and informed decision-making.
• Provide guidance and advisory support on AI capabilities, best practices, responsible AI use, risks, limitations, and adoption across the organization.
