US Compliance and Immigration Manager

We are looking for an experienced US Compliance Consultant to manage regulatory compliance, risk management, audits, employment law compliance, and employment-based immigration processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage US regulatory compliance, policies, internal controls, and governance frameworks.
• Conduct risk assessments, compliance reviews, control testing, and gap analyses.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure timely remediation of findings.
• Ensure compliance with US federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Manage Form I-9, E-Verify, employee onboarding, and employment documentation.
• Coordinate immigration processes, including H-1B, L-1, TN, OPT/CPT, and PERM.
• Track visa expirations, I-94 records, work authorizations, and immigration deadlines.
• Maintain compliance reports, risk registers, audit evidence, and regulatory documentation.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, IT, Information Security, and Risk Management teams.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in US compliance, risk management, employment compliance, or immigration compliance.
• Strong knowledge of US employment laws and immigration regulations.
• Experience with audits, risk assessments, internal controls, and compliance documentation.
• Familiarity with USCIS, Department of Labor (DOL), Form I-9, and E-Verify.
• Excellent analytical, communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred Skills: ServiceNow GRC, Archer, MetricStream, SOX, SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, and data privacy compliance frameworks.
