US HR Operations Manager

The US HR Operations function provides the structural backbone of the associate lifecycle. It is responsible for delivering consistent, accurate, and compliant HR services across core processes including onboarding, employee changes, payroll coordination, benefits administration, HRIS management, and offboarding. The function also plays a critical role in maintaining data integrity, improving operational processes, and enabling a positive associate and manager experience.


The HR Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, operational effectiveness, and day-to-day delivery of HR Operations. This role ensures current HR systems, processes, compliance activities, and vendor relationships are well managed, scalable, and aligned to business needs while shaping the future operating model.


Key Responsibilities
• Oversee Human Capital Management and HRIS platforms, including system governance, data quality, user adoption, and issue resolution.
• Manage vendor relationships and service delivery across HR systems, payroll, benefits, background checks, and other HR operational services.
• Design the future-state HR workflows, embedding automation, AI, and self- service as core enablers of the HR model that will underpin the associate lifecycle activities, including onboarding, promotions, relocations, leaves of absence, transfers, and terminations.
• Monitor federal, state, and local employment law changes and partner with Legal, Compliance, Payroll, and HR stakeholders to update policies, procedures, and controls.
• Use HR data, reporting, and operational metrics to identify risks, improve service delivery, and support workforce planning and decision-making.
