Key Responsibilities:

Automation Integration

Performance Evaluation
Conduct detailed assessments of workforce performance, work hours, and efficiency.
Maintain and improve systems for ongoing performance tracking.
Fixture and Tooling Assessment
Evaluate the required quantities of jigs and fixtures to support production needs effectively.
Facility Layout Planning
Design and optimize facility layouts to improve workflow and space utilization.

Proven experience in cross-national communication and collaboration.
Strong cross-functional teamwork and coordination skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and cost reduction.
Experience with automation technologies and system maintenance.
