🚨 URGENT HIRING – US IT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (BDM) 🚨

IT Engagements is hiring an experienced US IT Business Development Manager to drive new business, build strong client/vendor relationships, and grow our US staffing business.
🔹 What You'll Do:
✅ Develop new Direct Client & Tier-1 Partner accounts in the US IT staffing market
✅ Identify and target potential vendors and clients to secure staffing requirements
✅ Generate contract staffing opportunities and drive positions through closure
✅ Build and maintain long-term client relationships
✅ Identify opportunities for IT Services / project-based business
✅ Leverage your existing US network to generate new business
✅ Work closely with the recruitment team and manage recruitment operations
✅ Participate in the end-to-end recruitment cycle when required
✅ Own business development, placements, and revenue targets
🔹 What We're Looking For:
🔹 5+ years of experience in US IT Staffing Business Development / Account Management
🔹 Strong existing relationships with Tier-1 Vendors / Direct End Clients
🔹 Proven track record of generating requirements and making placements
🔹 Strong understanding of the US IT staffing market
🔹 Excellent technical recruitment knowledge
🔹 Aggressive, target-oriented, and self-motivated
🔹 Ability to work independently and manage the complete sales/recruitment lifecycle
🔹 Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
🔹 Immediate Joiners preferred
