Job Description

We are looking for experienced US IT / Non-IT Recruiters with strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment for the US market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates while meeting client requirements and hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete US recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer closure.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, referrals, and other job portals.
• Screen resumes and assess candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure compliance with US hiring standards and documentation requirements.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
• Build candidate pipelines for recurring positions.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in US IT / Non-IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of Direct Hire recruitment is essential.
• Knowledge of US hiring practices, tax terms, and employment types such as W2, C2C, and 1099.
• Experience recruiting for Developers, SAP Engineers, QA/Testers, Data, Healthcare, Administration, Finance, Sales, and other positions.
• Hands-on experience with US recruitment portals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
• Ability to work in US shifts.
• Target-oriented approach with strong attention to detail.
