US IT Recruiter

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment, particularly within the US market, and will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing and screening candidates, ensuring that we attract top talent for our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. - Utilize various recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for IT positions. - Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit for the role. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. - Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems. - Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a positive recruitment experience. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. Required Skills: - Proven experience in US IT recruitment and staffing. - Familiarity with W2 and C2C hiring processes. - Strong sourcing and screening skills, with the ability to identify top talent. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. - Knowledge of blue-collar and labor hire recruitment is a plus.
