Job Summary

GSK Solutions Inc. is looking for experienced US IT Recruiters with hands-on exposure to Direct Clients and VMS portals. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the complete recruitment cycle for US IT requirements.
• Source qualified IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, work authorization, and client requirements.
• Understand US work authorizations such as H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, EAD, and US Citizens.
• Coordinate with Account Managers and clients to understand job requirements.
• Submit qualified candidates to clients/vendors and follow up for interview feedback.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS/recruitment database.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and consultants.
• Negotiate rates and compensation when required.
• Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of US IT staffing and recruitment processes.
• Good knowledge of US geography and time zones.
• Experience with sourcing platforms such as Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.
• Strong communication, sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Direct Clients, Prime Vendors, and Implementation Partners.
• Experience with VMS/MSP requirements is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of technologies such as Java, .NET, QA, DevOps, Data, Cloud, Salesforce, SAP, etc.
