Looking for motivated and result-oriented US IT Recruiters to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with IT professionals for job opportunities in the United States.

Fixed Saturday Sunday off

Salary date - Every 10th

Salary slab - 20K-30K/ Month

Key Responsibilities
Source IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruitment channels.
Understand US IT job requirements and match suitable candidates to open positions.
Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
Contact candidates, explain job opportunities, and assess their interest and availability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers or CRM systems.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
Required Skills
Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of IT skills, technologies, and job descriptions.
Strong sourcing, follow-up, and candidate coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment tools.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Willingness to work during US business hours.

Graduates from any stream are welcome to apply.
Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
Previous experience in US IT recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition is an advantage.
