Required Skills: - Proven experience as a US IT Recruiter or in a similar role within the staffing industry. - Strong knowledge of various employment types, including C2C, H1B, W2, B1 Visa, and OPT. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients. - Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools to streamline the hiring process. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
