| As a US IT Recruiter – Full-Time Hiring, you
will play a key role in driving our direct-hire staffing solutions by
connecting top-tier IT professionals with full-time opportunities across our
client ecosystem. You’ll collaborate closely with our Delivery Managers and
Account Teams to understand client needs, source high-quality candidates, and
ensure a seamless recruitment experience from initial outreach to offer
closure. |
| Responsibilities |
| Partner with account managers
and hiring stakeholders to understand job requirements, organizational
culture, and talent strategies. |
| Source candidates through
diverse channels including job boards, social media, referrals, databases,
and networking platforms like LinkedIn. |
| Conduct structured screenings
to assess candidate qualifications, values alignment, and work eligibility
(e.g., U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, H-1B Transfers). |
| Coordinate interview
logistics, feedback loops, and offer processes in collaboration with internal
and client-side teams. |
| Maintain accurate records in
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and ensure a high standard of candidate
experience throughout the hiring journey. |
| Stay informed about labor
market trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in inclusive hiring. |
| Required Skills &
Experience: |
| Bachelor’s degree in IT,
Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience. |
| 4+ years of hands-on
experience in US IT recruitment,
specifically for full-time/direct-hire roles. Experience mentoring atleast 2 junior team members. |
| Handson and proven success in
placing professionals for Oracle Cloud space including SCM, HCM, Finance
Management, Manufacturing, CRM & BI Modules. |
| Experience recruiting for
Dynamics 365, SharePoint and Sitecore will be added advantage. |
| Hands-on with U.S. hiring
processes, work authorization types, and compensation structures. |
| Proficient in using recruiting
tools such as Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS platforms. |
| Excellent interpersonal,
organizational, and written communication skills. |
| Strong commitment to
confidentiality, candidate equity, and collaborative teamwork. |
