US IT Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic US IT Recruiter to join our team in Lucknow. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in recruitment, particularly in the international BPO sector. As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in various IT roles for our clients in the United States. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Key responsibilities include conducting interviews, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process from start to finish. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, particularly in English, and have a keen interest in recruitment. Experience in international BPO recruitment or customer support is a plus, but freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
