We are looking for motivated and result-oriented candidates to join our recruitment team as US IT Recruiters. Candidates will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with IT professionals for job opportunities in the United States.

• Position: US IT Recruiter
• Experience: 04 Years
• Candidates: Male Only
• Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
• Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
• Shift Timing: 7:00 PM 4:00 AM IST
• Working Days: 5 Days a Week
• Week Off: Fixed Saturday & Sunday
• Salary: 20,000 to 30,000 per month
• Salary Date: Every 10th
• Interview Process: Telephonic Rounds
• Cabs / Allowance: Not Available
• Meals: Not Available

Key Responsibilities

• Source IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Understand US IT job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on skills and experience.
• Contact candidates and explain relevant job opportunities.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
• Build a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates.

Required Skills

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of IT technologies and job descriptions.
• Strong sourcing and candidate coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment tools.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work during US business hours.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduates from any stream can apply.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
• Candidates with 0 to 4 years of relevant experience can apply.
• Previous experience in US IT Recruitment, Staffing, or Talent Acquisition will be an advantage.
