US IT Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic US IT Recruiter to join our team in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. This role is ideal for both freshers and experienced candidates who are passionate about recruitment in the IT sector. As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various IT positions in the United States. Your primary focus will be on telephonic selections, ensuring that candidates meet the necessary qualifications and possess the required skills. Key responsibilities include conducting interviews, assessing candidates' communication skills, and coordinating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. You will also be responsible for maintaining candidate databases and providing regular updates on recruitment progress. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and have a keen eye for talent. Experience in IT recruitment is preferred, but freshers with strong communication abilities are also encouraged to apply. This position offers a shift timing from 7 PM to 4 AM IST, and while meals are provided, please note that cab services are not included. The salary for this role ranges from 1.5 Lakh INR to 4.0 Lakh INR, depending on experience and qualifications.
