US IT Recruiter

We are seeking motivated and result-oriented candidates to join our recruitment team as US IT Recruiters. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with IT professionals for job opportunities in the United States. As a US IT Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet our clients' needs. Key Responsibilities: - Source IT candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, and databases. - Understand US IT job requirements and identify suitable candidates. - Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on their skills and experience. - Contact candidates to explain relevant job opportunities and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams. - Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers to ensure accurate records. - Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to provide updates and support. - Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets to contribute to the team's success. - Build a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates to meet ongoing recruitment needs. Required Skills: - Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic understanding of IT technologies and job descriptions. - Strong sourcing and candidate coordination skills. - Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment tools. - Ability to work in a target-driven environment. - Willingness to work during US business hours. Eligibility Criteria: - Graduates from any stream can apply. - Freshers with good communication skills are welcome. - Candidates with up to 4 years of relevant experience can apply. - Previous experience in US IT Recruitment, Staffing, or Talent Acquisition will be an advantage. This position requires candidates to work from our office in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, during night shifts.
