Compensation:

• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month
  
• Incentives: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month (performance-based)

We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated individuals for the role of US Staffing Recruiter and Client Acquisition Executive. This is a great opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience to start their career in the US recruitment and business development domain.

Key Responsibilities

For Recruiter Role:

• Source and screen candidates for US-based clients
  
• Understand job requirements and match suitable candidates
  
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with candidates
  
• Maintain candidate database and follow up regularly
  
• Work on job portals and sourcing platforms
  

For Client Acquisition Role:

• Identify and approach potential US clients
  
• Build and maintain client relationships
  
• Generate new business opportunities
  
• Coordinate with internal recruitment team for requirements
  
• Negotiate terms and manage client expectations
  

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience (Freshers are welcome)
  
• Good communication skills (English preferred)
  
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet usage
  
• Willingness to work in US shift (night shift)
  
• Must own a bike for commuting
  
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
  

Working Days

• Monday to Friday (Weekends off)
